Welcome to my team of demonstrators' Blog Hop. This month we are featuring projects about Giving Thanks. My project is a scarecrow card using the Hardwood Background Stamp.
He is so stinkin' adorable!
The inside of the card is one sheet of Soft Suede Cardstock.
The cardstock measurements and directions:
Base: Cut Soft Suede Cardstock 3" x 11" and fold in half.
Hat: Cut Soft Suede Cardstock 2 3/4" x 3". Use Soft Suede Ink on Hardwood Stamp.
Hat Brim: Cut Soft Suede Cardstock 3/4" x 4 1/4". Use Soft Suede Ink on Hardwood Stamp. Attach to the hat at an angle with Dimensionals. Then attach a Crumb Cake 3/8" Stitched Ribbon Bow with a Glue Dot.
Face: Cut Crumb Cake Cardstock 3" x 2 3/4". Use Crumb Cake Ink on Hardwood Stamp.
Eyes: Basic Black Cardstock punched with 1/2" Circle Punch. Add two White Perfect Accents.
Nose: Cut a triangle shape from Whisper White Cardstock. Cut 3/8" strips of Crushed Curry and Pumpkin Pie Cardstock and adhere to the white triangle. Nose is attached with Dimensionals.
Mouth: Draw a stitched mouth using either a Project Life Journaling Pen or a Basic Black Marker.
