Welcome to this month's Blog Hop featuring projects using Designer Series Paper. Creating cards and scrapbook layouts with Designer Series Paper is usually what I do. But it's Spring cleaning time in my studio. I found four items that need to be jazzed up with Designer Series Paper.
A Star Wars notebook, an acrylic frame, an ink pen and a round metal tin. Not very attractive, unless you are a Star Wars fan.
Voila! Here are the four projects after altering them with the Falling in Love Designer Series Paper (DSP). Quite an improvement!
It is important to use a very strong adhesive, like Tear & Tape, when attaching DSP to different types of projects.
I cut out the word "notes" twice from the Large Letters Framelits Dies; once with DSP and once with Sahara Sand Cardstock. I slightly offset the letters together with Glue Dots. Some small flowers from the Blossom Bunch Punch were attached with Glue Dots.
I wrapped the DSP around the ink pen and added a flower topper made with the Fringe Scissors.
This 4" x 6" acrylic frame has a piece of DSP slipped inside and waiting for a photograph to be added. Various flowers from the Blossom Bunch Punch were scattered in a corner using Glue Dots and Dimensionals.
The 2" Circle Punch from the DSP fit the top of this metal tin. More flowers from the Blossom Bunch Punch were added to the top with Dimensionals and Glue Dots.
All four projects were finished off with randomly placed Basic Pearls.
