At Stampin' Up! sponsored events, it is customary for team leaders to make a small gift for their team members who are attending the event. After thinking of different things to make, I decided to decorate a 5" x 7" acrylic frame for them.
Sahara Sand is the neutral color cardstock used on this project. The base is 5" x 7". I attached two of the So Detailed Thinlits Dies on two of the edges using the Fine Tip Glue Pen. This adds a touch of subtle elegance. Then I added the next layer using the 4" x 6" framelit from the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits. This is slipped inside the acrylic frame.
In the right corner on the outside of the frame, I added a sentiment from a retired stamp set created for demonstrators called Star Stampers. It was stamped in Sahara Sand Ink on Sahara Sand Cardstock for a tone-on-tone look. It was cut out with the Layering Ovals Framelits and attached to the frame with two Dimensionals. The tiny flower is from the Flourish Thinlits Dies. Three Pearls finish off this frame.
Here is the completed frame ready to add my team photograph from OnStage.

Here are eight of my team members who were able to attend the OnStage event last Saturday.
(L-R): Nancy, Denise, Debbie, Julianne, me, Aimee, Sandy, Vicki, Autumn.
Two of my team members were recognized for their anniversaries as demonstrators: Debbie celebrated her fifth year and Autumn celebrated her tenth year. I was so pleased to see them both walk across the stage!
It it a messy Monday, as I'm unpacking from Friday and Saturday's events. I'm pleased with the 75 new card samples that I got from swaps that I participated in. I love the new catalog and placed my preorder last night. The retired list from the Annual and Occasions Catalogs will be in tomorrow's blog post. Thank you for stopping by!
