Today's project was my swap card for the Stamp Share for Leader's event last Sunday. I made 60 of these cards using the Waterfront Stamp Set. When I was about half-way done making them, I began to question my sanity of designing a card with eight layers!
The color scheme is Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Sweet Sugarplum. Creating a foggy or misty image of the trees was simple to do. I inked up the image in Crumb Cake Ink and stamped it once in the center, once slightly to the right and once slightly to the left.
Card Base: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Crumb Cake Cardstock, scored at 4 1/4".
First Layer: 3 3/4" x 5" Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock
Second Layer: 2 1/2" x 3 3/4" Very Vanilla Cardstock. Randomly stamp the dotted image in Crumb Cake Ink. Attach this to the top of the First Layer. Wrap a 4 1/4" piece of the Very Vanilla 1/2" Lace Trim around the front and attach on the back side.
Third Layer: 2 1/4" x 4 1/2" Crumb Cake Cardstock
Fourth Layer: 2" x 4 1/4" Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock. Place inside the Petal Pair Embossing Folder and put through the Big Shot.
Fifth Layer: Layering Circle Framelit through the Big Shot from Crumb Cake Cardstock. Attach to the card with Dimensionals.
Sixth Layer: 2 1/4" Circle Punch from Sweet Sugarplum Cardstock
Seventh Layer: 2" Circle Punch from Very Vanilla Cardstock
The final touch to this card is to add three of the Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes near the tree images.

Minnesota is a winter wonderland after yesterday's snowfall. We were lucky to only have about six inches where we live. Dan was busy last night helping three neighbors snowblow their driveways out. Tonight, I have a stamp club. So I better get packing. Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Have a top-notch Thursday!!!
