Welcome to this month's Blog Hop featuring projects we have created to get Ready for Spring! One of the things I like about Spring is May Day baskets. Even though May is a month away, I can use May Day baskets for table decorations on Easter. Then I can use them again for May Day gifts.
My May Day basket was created with the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack made into a cone shape.
Ribbon was pleated around the outside edge and Rhinestones add some bling.
Small Oval Framelits were added to the front to display a white flower, with a Rhinestone center and a Petal Passion Embellishment. Silver Metallic Thread adds some whimsy.
Adding a ribbon through the back, makes the perfect handle to hang the May Day basket.
Silver shreddie was added inside the cone to hold some treats.
