Welcome to this month's Blog Hop. This month, we are featuring projects created with new products from the 2019 Holiday Catalog. My Halloween card uses the Everything Festive Stamp Set (page 35) and the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper (page 54). It is using one of my favorite layouts. This is one of my swap cards for the Stamp Share for Leaders' group.
I've used two different sheets from the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper. There nothing better than using Designer Series Paper on a project. It helps with color schemes and it makes designing so much easier.
Card Base: 5 1/2" x 7 3/4" Smoky Slate Cardstock, scored at 4 1/4".
First Layer: Two pieces of 2" x 5 1/2" Monster Bash Series Paper; one adhered on the outside left and one on the inside right of the Card Base. See the photo below.
Second Layer: 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" Pumpkin Pie Cardstock. Attach with SNAIL Adhesive.
Third Layer: 3" x 4" Whisper White Cardstock. Stamp the sentiment at the bottom in a Black Memento Ink Pad. Wrap a piece of the 3/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon around the top part of the cardstock and attach it to the back. Use Paper Snips to cut out an image from the Monster Bash Series Paper and attach with Dimensionals over the ribbon. Attach this layer with Dimensionals to the Second Layer.
The final touches are to add a Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the spider and Wink of Stella to the spider web and the skeleton.
