Today, I'm showing you the third and final project I created used the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper. If you missed the other projects, click on first and second. This is some of the prettiest Designer Series Paper in the Annual Catalog.
The Designer Series Paper is cut and ready for my project.
After using the Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends on the white floral images, look what happens. Magically, the magnolia's turn into poinsettia's!
Ta-da! My first Christmas card of the season, which is insane because it is still August. Right?
Directions:
Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Basic Black Cardstock
First Layer: 5 1/4" x 8" Whisper White Cardstock, scored at 4". Place the front half inside the Scripty Embossing Folder and put through a Die Cutting Machine.
Second Layer: 1/2" x 5 1/2" Basic Black Cardstock
Third Layer: 1 1/4" x 5 1/4" Mossy Meadow Cardstock
Fourth Layer: 1" x 5 1/4" Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper
Fifth Layer: 2 7/8" x 2 7/8" Mossy Meadow Cardstock
Sixth Layer: 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" Basic Black Cardstock
Seventh Layer: Attach the large flower to the Sixth Layer with Dimensionals. Attach a bow from the Mossy Meadow Linen Thread with a Glue Dot.
The final touch is to add a sentiment. The sentiment is from the Cup of Christmas Stamp Set in the upcoming Holiday Catalog. I stamped it on a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock in Mossy Meadow Ink and cut it out with Paper Snips. It is attached to the card with Dimensionals.

I've been in the flower gardens this week enjoying the low humidity and cooler temperatures. My perfect summer weather! Plus, I have been designing cards for some Holiday Catalog card swaps. Tonight is a potluck dinner at my house with a stamp club, which is always fun. Have a wonderful weekend! Thanks for stopping by my blog!!!
