Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop where we are saying goodbye to 2020 and welcoming 2021. Today's project is using the Enjoy The Moment Stamp Set from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. It is the first stamp set I used from the new Mini Catalog. I made 21 of these cards for the Stamp Share for Leaders card swap.
I love the color combination of Smoky Slate, Whisper White and Misty Moonlight. The Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder is subtle and coordinates with the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper.
Directions:
Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11" Smoky Slate Cardstock, scored at 5 1/2".
First Layer: 4" x 5 1/4" Smoky Slate Cardstock placed inside the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder and put through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
Second Layers: 3" x 4 1/4" Whisper White Cardstock and 3/4" x 3 1/2" Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper (DSP). Attach the DSP to the left side of the Whisper White Cardstock and adhere to the First Layer.
Third Layer: 2 3/4" x 4" Misty Midnight Cardstock
Fourth Layer: On a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock, stamp the image in Smoky Slate Ink. Use Paper Snips to cut it out. Attach to the Third Layer with Mini Dimensionals.
Fifth Layer: Stamp the sentiment in Smoky Slate Ink on a scrap of Whisper White Cardstock. Center a Stitched Rectangle Die over the sentiment and put through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Attach with Mini Dimensionals.
The final touches are to add a bow from the Misty Moonlight 1/4" Ribbon using a Glue Dot and three Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
